Our reception and business staff is dedicated to making any insurance or business decisions related to your dental care as convenient and stress-free as possible. With over 50 years of combined dental office experience, they fully understand that “providing the ultimate dental experience” is not just about the doctor/patient relationship, but encompasses every aspect of our guest’s clinical visit.

Sue Sanders, Practice Administrator

 Sue has been with DDS Associates LLP for over 20 years and has 30+ years combined experience in dentistry and management.  She administers the business portion of the practice for the doctors, implements and oversees our systems, technology, lab, staff training and patient care.  She is a great believer in our philosophy of exceptional patient care and teamwork which helps to enable our patients and staff to have a positive experience.  The favorite part of her day is interacting with our patients and as always, welcomes comments, questions or suggestions you may have about our practice.

Angelique Manovich, Clinical Manager & New Patient Coordinator. 

Angelique started with DDS Associates LLP in April 2002 and has over 12 years of experience in the dental field as a dental assistant, working in the the business office and in management.  She keeps her RDA certfication with annual continuing education so that she is able to assist with our new patients for their comprehensive examinations.  Mrs. Manovich works closely with the dentists and staff to ensure that every patient has the ulitmate dental experience from the first phone call to the treatment in the office.  She is available to discuss treatment plans, financial arrangements, scheduling or answer any questions you may have regarding our office. 

Julie Ann Cloutier, Patient Services Coordinator

Julie Ann has been with DDS Associates LLP for over 5 years as receptionist and financial coordinator.  She is one of the first friendly faces you'll meet when you enter our office.  Julie Ann can assist you with scheduling an appointment or answering any financial questions you may have.

Amy Rangel, Hygiene Coordinator

Amy has worked in the dental field for over 9 years and is succesful at keeping our patients on schedule with their dental hygiene appointments.  She joined the DDS Associates LLP team in 2007 and has been a great addition to our staff.

Karen Cook, Insurance Coordinator

Karen verifies and files all of the patient's dental insurance claims.  She has been an asset to DDS Associates LLP for five years and is available to answer any questions you may have regarding your dental insurance.

Stacey Miller, Patient Services Coordinator

Stacey is one of our newest team members.  She brings over 5 years of dental business office experience with her.  Stacey can help you with scheduling an appointment and answering any questions regarding your treatment.

Dental Assistants

Our dental assistants were selected for their professional, conscientious attitudes. This means in a world where the accent is on tools and technology, our staff hasn’t forgotten the importance of the personal touch. In-office training, plus additional educational opportunities, allow them to make each visit as efficient and safe as possible.

Tomeka Courtney, RDA

Tomeka is a Registered Dental Assistant and works along side Dr. Jerry Long.  She has worked in the dental field for over 7 years and enjoys helping her patients feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Shea Brown, RDA

With a B.S. in Science and as a Registered Dental Assistant for Dr. Quirch, Shea appreciates having a positive influence on someone's life.  She has over 13 years of experience helping patients acheive their new smile.

Heather Staples, RDA

Heather has been assisting Dr. Pat Flinn for over a year as a Registered Dental Assistant and has worked in dentistry for five years.  She enjoys being a part of a team that helps a patient change the way they feel about themselves through comprehensive, quality dental care.

Debbie Ton, RDA

Debbie, Registered Dental Assistant, works with Dr. Ronada Davis.  Debbie has worked in the dental field for 6 years and says her favorite thing about being a dental assistant is seeing the look on the patient's face after they've seen their new, healthy smile.

Lisa Valdez, RDA

Lisa is a Registered Dental Assisant and works with all of the doctors at DDS Associates LLP as well as assisting patients with the Zoom Whitening.  Lisa has worked as a dental assistant for over 14 years and feels good about the fact that her job  can bring a smile to someone's day.
